New Year…?
I have a rather interesting and taboo hearing next week so I’ve been spending all my free time preparing for that in a place that I haven’t visited in a while…the library!. But in the meantime I have been distracted by reading some of the books here as I prepare. I forgot how much I love the library. Understanding and appreciating higher knowledge is so underrated. You get to read pretty much everything. It’s peaceful, warm, silent and surrounded by people who love to learn. Talking of silence sometimes you have to force silence amongst yourself because the inner dialogue is a menace. It does nothing but clog our mind up with nonsense that steals our energy and busies our “line”, keep the channel clear and open. Silent wisdom can then come through. Communication with other beings can then ensue.
There has been some dispute as to when the ACTUAL New Year is, some say the new year begins at the spring equinox so March 21st ish. Human Design says the end of the year is when the Sun enters the 41st gate (gate of decrease) around 22nd January…Others say its when the Sun enters the original position being on 19th February ….But if you observe nature life returns in February this is when you see new buds on trees and life returning to nature. By March this process is already well underway indicating the beginning has already occured. The very original Spring Equinox began in April and the concept of the precession of the equinox is mostly nonsense. The sky is the same its always been. The New Year Beginnings at the Winter Sostice (1st January) makes some sense because its when the upswing of the yearly solar cycle occurs. It's when things stop decreasing and begin increasing again. It's when the light begins to return. But then theres always the lunar new year too which the Chinese celebrate. You can ask many people and they'll all give you a different answer as to what the new year really is. But just go and observe nature and see what you think…
People begin new year resoluations etc at the start of January but really the true new year is YOUR new year in the first fifty two days after your birthday. This is the most fertile time to sew seeds for the next year. So your personal new year begins at your birthday. The first fifty two day period stating at your birthday is ruled by the SUN. The most creative force on this plane. The divinely creative aspect of man. This is the time for planting seeds it’s the most important time for creating a solid foundation for the rest of the year. The next fifty two period is rules by the Moon, the following fifty days by Mars, then Mercury then Jupiter then Venus then finally Saturn. The final fifty two days before your next birthday (which are ruled by Saturn) are NOT appropriate for starting anything important. It’s a time for letting go and closing out.
Shedding Skin…
On my quest for clear, vibrant skin using holistic, natural healing methods, teachings, products, and services, I have researched tirelessly for three years. I have dived in and tried what I believed in. I have already written about the internal work that needs to be done to achieve the clearest skin now it’s time to write about the topical things that we need…After much trial and error, I believe I now have “the full picture.” I know there is no one “magic method”; we live in a society where modern dis-ease has abounded from unnatural living, eating, thinking, and being coming from all angles. Likewise, in order for natural healing to be truly “wholistic” we must utilize as many possible angles of healing potential to create powerful results.
The programs, products, and reading that I have time-fully compiled here are, I believe, ranking in the best of the best in the natural healing world concerning skin health. Sure, one must be always searching and gaining more knowledge and truth…However, I do demand the truth, the best, the most powerful and effective…So here it is: three years worth of natural health research, and I have come up with the most effective and natural resources, programs, and products every one of the items listed here have been recorded to deliver dramatic results however, when you combine them, you make for an infallible, unstoppable route to the beautiful skin that is your birthright.
Eating refined flour, refined sugar
a) these man-manipulated and overly processed ‘foods’ have gone from being complex foods occurring naturally in nature, to ‘foods’ stripped of All germ and nutrient content, leaving them only with glucose. These now ‘simple’ carbohydrates are then digested in your body extremely fast and turned immediately to sugar. The body usually doesn’t have Enough riboflavin (vitamin b-2) and vitamin A to convert the excess glucose to brain energy, so it stuffs them into fat cells, which results in obesity; the blood, which results in diabetes; and the skin cells, Where bacteria readily gobble the sugar and live in your skin, one of The co-causes of acne.
b) Whole wheat flour and natural, complex sugars found in nature are okay, found in all fruits, honey and pure maple syrup. Refined, white, even unbleached wheat flours and sugar granules are not. Stick to the un-processed type of sweeteners no ‘“fructose” on labels of chocolate bars, Splenda (er Aspartame), or maltitol. No high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, molasses, evaporated cane juice, etc. it’s best to avoid artificially sweetened treats like that; Instead make your own “safe” treats sweetened with pure maple syrups
c) When reading the labels on processed and prepared food, there are two sections. One is the ingredients list, which lists all the specific Foods contained in the finished product. If you see the word “sugar” written in this list, that means there is refined sugar in the product. The other is a listing of nutrients in the product, (nutritional facts) such as vitamin A, iron,carbohydrate, etc. it also lists the sugar content, both natural complex sugars and refined. If the condensed label of ingredients does not indicate ‘sugar’, than you can be sure that any sugar content listed in the nutritional facts be it two grams or thirty grams are natural, complex sugar, and you can eat it Just remember: sugar under nutritional facts means natural sugar if no sugar is listed in ingredients
Eating chips, popcorn, etc. (bad oil and starch)
a. you want to stay away from fried and greased foods coated with polyunsaturated fat, unsaturated fat, and vegetable oils. potato chips have starch, which is basically sugar.
Using all chemicals on skin, in body
a. All chemicals applied to skin seep into blood stream and must be cleaned by the liver. When the liver is too chocked full of toxins to clean anymore, the secondary elimination organ must take over: the skin. How pretty can skin be that is trying to take over the job of the liver filter poisons?
Staring, focusing, and stressing, about problem
a. It is a law of science and nature that “what you nurture, grows” so if you “nurture” your blemishes and imperfections by constantly thinking About them, looking at them, focusing on them, they will stay there all the more. Forget them. Tell your self “I have clear skin” stare At the clear skin, so it can grow. Believe you are on the path to clear, beautiful skin. That way, you can use your energy to eliminate the problem, not help it grow.
Picking skin/messing/touching:
a. picking skin stops the healing process, rubbing irritates, touching spreads germs from your fingers to add to problem.
CLEANSE: Rid the body of the residue of your bad habits.
Do a liver/gallbladder flush
Liver cleans blood; get rid of toxins and your gallbladder of bile so it can clean your blood.)
Do a fast
Drink a lot of water each day
a. 1 gal a day of spring water. Keep things pure and moving.
Keep the bowel moving
If your bowel is not moving the waste out of your colon, the poisons are going to be re-circulating through-out your system. Healthy elimination organs = healthy skin.
Keep body moving
a. Exercise in the fresh air
b. Stimulate skin, slough off old skin cells by skin brushing the entire body
c. Take hot-cold showers to stimulate system
d. Hit the sauna or steam room regulary to remoe toxins trapped in the body
Get Enough (before midnight) Sleep!

Take a Healthy skin vitamin
a)MUST contain Vitamin A and Riboflavin (B-2). Here is the skin vitamin I use, very good quality and effective. (After a month of using these dietary supplements that benefit the skin, I no longer had a problem with oily skin.)
Acidophilus, found in Yogurt or purchased in capsule form, is very effective at balancing the yeast in the stomach that can cause acne. (this yeast imbalance is most likely caused by eating excess polyunsaturated oils found coated on fried snacks. (vegetable oils) The oil oxidises and turns rancid in your system, feeding the wrong sorts of bacteria/yeast. Eliminating the bad oils and fats along with taking good cultures to eat the bad ones is needed to fix the problem.)
