I think isolation is great as long as you have people to turn back to when you want to socialise again. But what do you do when you don't? No one is to blame but myself and I’ll make it work for the short term. The clients that I have met so far have been a real eye opener. I have a client who was a victim of some pretty vile acts you, name it, he had been through it all and now his children were going to be taken into care proceedings. He didn’t complain he had to accept reality and responsiblity for his actions. His story was sad and the common theme had been that isolated himself and did not have a good support system. Due to confidentiality I don’t think I want to disclose the details. But when assessments are carried out to see if there is a risk of harm to the children, they all have the common theme of loneliness. In schools it’s viewed as a punishment, offenders are sent to jail to sit in isolation and when people are alone they are usually bullied. But it’s important for people to understand how to be “alone”, but not “lonely.” Many times “growth” requires isolation. During my time off social media I have read the most amazing books and it has really helped me relax. So I isolate myself when I am so overwhelmed and helps me cope. But this is not healthy even for myself. Another reason why it’s good to be less isolated is that one of the behavioural competencies as a trainee is to network! They assess on your ability to speak to all types of people including judges.

Anyways I finally watched Spirited Away, it's by far one of my favourite movies of all time. These films come at the right time and all without me having to search for them. One thing I noted was that the girl kept going, despite her trials. Also quitting, stopping and crying was foreign to her, because this was her learnt behaviour. The whole time I felt as if I was there, far away from home. I know a guaranteed path to success can only fail if you stop walking.

Isolation may make you may feel safe. But when did safety ever merit any growth? Never. Your comfort zone will kill you. As long as you withstand the test and don't get lost in the black mirror. Also if humanity truly is evolving, upgrading, entering a more golden, spiritual age than the last, then we need to be more aware of it ALL. And learn to handle it. To tune into our consciousness, to learn to judge humanity less, to loosen up, to find the humanness in it all and see the beauty in it.

I moved away for my job, moved away from my family and friends who I miss dearly.

I come back every week and I love it, driving is curative for me and as a result I can show my love more. Way more because freedom gives me love…. So treat yourself, tell yourself how beautiful you are even if you don't believe it yet, love the hell out of yourself as if you are a separate entity, be romantic to yourself...serendate yourself.

So I just reactivated my Insta because for business purposes as I feel that selling some creative artsy things will be easier. But as I was scrolling, I knew was going to see contraversial topics everywhere about the current war. Like everywhere else in the world where unimaginable astrocities are occuring and no one gives a fuck about. There are people, including children, who suffer from real loneliness! Not my kind of “loneliness” where I have the luxury to sleep in a bed, have a roof over my head, warm clothes, internet, food etc. There are many many people in the world who are abused, mocked, killed daily. Including those who have been devastatedly killed from the “Israel-Hamas” war. I get it and I feel helpless and embaressed that I can only do so much.

Peoples lives are always being utterly devestated everywhere and if you're so concerned about it, I genuinly want to know what YOU are doing about any of it? Not just typing and posting but are actually DOING in your “fight for justice” especially when you’re demanding? People are savagely raped, pillaged and killed always, everywhere. And we just don't have the software to psychologically cope with it all and all this effort to try make us, is making us distorted and sick. It’s cringe and pathetic. What in the process are we abandoning within ourselves and under our own firmaments to be all fake concerned? It’s fine to be exempt if you naturally have been doing something about these tragedies.

I wanna see all these story posting wailers actually do something in their own direct world under the firmament they exist within to help someone desperately in need. Because there are so many at all times, everywhere. LOCALLY!  But they wont because they dont actually care. And theres absolutely nothing wrong with that. There is nothing wrong with not caring. But I don’t understand the internet now. I know people who do not even call their own family or friends yet are so DeVeStAtEd about the current war?

When that sorted - helping others come naturally. It just happens until then you just pretend to care on the internet :D

Can loneliness kill you?

Fast Fashion…

The garms that you wear plays an impact on your overall health. Is a piece of clothing sustainable if it’s made of Earth safe biodegradable fabric, but made by a person who is not being paid a fair wage and being over worked? The biggest problem with fast fashion (in my opinion) is ethics, because that's how they keep their prices low, so they're less likely to fix it. These same garments create holes and bubbles in the material.

“About 60 per cent of material made into clothing is plastic, which includes polyester, acrylic and nylon textiles. These synthetic fabrics are lightweight, durable, affordable and flexible. But here’s the catch: every time they're washed, they shed tiny plastic fibres called microfibres, a form of microplastics—tiny pieces up to five millimetres in size.”

And you will notice the difference when you wash the cheaper material, the material will change in texture and the colour will not be as bright as before. The best material a female can wear is silk because it helps to preserve her natural biofield (emitting a magnetic frequency of energy which extends to about 8 feet from our bodies). When we are in a good mood our energy field vibrates at a high frequency but if we are feeling down our energy will be depleted and we must remove ourselves from any negative situations, people and places. To actively recharge we must reconnect with ourselves and protect our energy field. Silk deflects negative external energy whilst still securing her energy field, allowing to replenish her positive charge. Thus, it carries the strongest charge of sensual energy which is why it is prohibitted for men to wear silk in Islam but a statement for Geisha’s to wear the finest red silk. There is also a reason why we have to pray wearing clean clothing and not exposing one’s “Awrah”.

As much as I understand the adage and appreciate the exhortation to examine things in detail before coming to a conclusion, facilitating superficial judgments are what covers are for these days. For books, they are a form of advertising otherwise why would they all tell you they are the “bestseller?”. So how do humans advertise themselves? In the same way, how one dressses is important, dressing well is a form of good manners. Since I have just plonked myself to West Yorkshire I have been attending court frequently so I have given my work attire a revamp, Suits style. My previous work allowed us to dress casually but now I’m be adhering to strictly formal wear, which is what I prefer.

The perception of beauty can influence our moral judgments. Killing a cockroach, which is generally considered an unattractive insect, may be viewed as inconsequential or even justifiable. However, killing a butterfly, a commonly admired and aesthetically pleasing insect, may be perceived as a harmful or immoral act, eliciting negative feedback from others. Our animal brain tells us that the cockroach has more germs than the butterfly because the butterfly flies and is not roaming around in dirt. Everything that is intercategorical is disgusting to us. Burping and spitting are good examples because they mix the categories of you and the outside world. Insects have millions of legs and eyes randomly sticking out of various organs, so they also violate our natural categories and are perceived as disgusting. We belittle processes like these with terms like “monkey brains” but they're incredibly useful and likely more beneficial than rationality. (Also, if you look closely at a butterfly, you could very well find it gross. You don't find it gross because it is a synchronisation when viewed from a distance while other insects are only viewable up close.

Does Fajr Prayer increase beauty?

I like to sway towards religion for verification at times so I’ll explain more about the reasoning behind ones appearance. Fajr prayer is prayed from the beginning of dawn to sunrise and it is narrated in the hadith that the Prophet Muhammad (May Peace Be Upon Him) stated “That if anyone misses his Fajr Prayers. Allah SWT will decrease the light (Noor) of the face”. I hope to pray again and get into the habit of it. Typically we begin the day with light and with good intentions, when we pray we are inculating patience and hope. Starting the day on a positive note will set the tone for the rest of the day. God describes the heart of the believer by using the analogy of light perfectly in chapter twenty four, verse thirty five of Surah Nur.

There is a fundamental change between those who practice and don’t practice and the difference is this. An individual who resides in light spits venom as an antidote to ignorance. Sparingly and only when it passes through the 3 gates:

1. Is it true?

2. Is it necessary?

3. Is it best said by me?

Someone gripped by ignorance spits venom as a poison.

1. To relieve their own discomfort

2. On impulse

3. Regardless of whether they are asked, held in the appropriate esteem, or hold the knowledge or position that would be prerequisite to actually assist.

If one focuses only on the behavior, the action of spitting venom appears similar coming from both hosts. However, it matters more, the space where the behavior comes from. One comes from clarity towards helpfulness and the other from corruption towards harm. You cannot compare the two. They are leagues apart.

No amount of research is going to do the shadow work for your. The biggest rabbit hole isn’t satanic peadophile rings, digital ID chips, or even being an archonic loosh farm. It’s YOU, you are the biggest secret. I’ve moved away from this rabbit hole. Because the internal work is what brings real change. Know yourself. It depends on the test, but for the most part, all of reality is a test. To see if you can truly recognise the inherent divinity in both yourself and the world around you. And thus offering a means by which you can forgive yourself and then everyone else for our “humaness”. In the process learning the true meaning of “love”. These tests are opportunities to see the truth about reality and how you’ve been interpreting it and interacting with it. And as long as the sun rises you can begin again. As long as theres still breath in your lungs, you have another chance.
