Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups of almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup of nut butter of your choice

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1/4 sea salt

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup of coconut palm sugar (or white sugar/honey)

  • 1/2 cup (120ml) almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips

Instructions:

Pre heat the oven at 350F/gas mark 4, mix the almond flour, baking soda, maple syrup, nut butter of your choice, vanilla extract, sea salt, chocolate chips, fruit or nuts, coconut palm sugar (or white sugar/honey) . Scoop out a spoonful of the dough, roll into a ball and press with your hands. Once flattened repeat the process until you 9-10 cookies. Bake in the oven for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown, remove and let them cool completely. These can be stored for a week in a air tight container and is freezer friendly for 6 weeks.
